Stage 5 starts where Stage 4 ended, on the summit of Black Hill, on Sunday 28 July 2019.  So Day 0 of Stage 5 (Sat 27 Jul) will be spent travelling by train from Wokingham to Herefordshire (via Abergavenny), ready to start walking the next day.
